Dr. Sophia is a Dentist Anesthesiologist located in SoCal. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry, followed by a year of General Practice Residency at Stony Brook University Hospital. She trained extensively in the specialized field of anesthesia and completed her 3 years of postdoctoral training at Jacobi Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

Dr. Sophia’s primary goal is to provide safe, effective and comfortable anesthesia for patients receiving dental care. She provides hospital quality mobile IV sedation and general anesthesia for children and adults during dental treatments.

Providing anesthesia, eases the dental experience and treatment for patients, parents and dentists. It reduces fear, anxiety, and trauma of a dental visit. Dr. Sophia uses high quality monitors, anesthesia equipment, and medications and remains in the dental room and continuously monitors patient’s vital signs.

Dr. Sophia moved to California to be close to her family, after many years of living in New York, pursing her dream job as a dentist anesthesiologist.
